From April 1, 2006, non-explosion-proof electric mixers of 0.4 kW or less are obliged to be PSE compliant based on the Act on Product Safety of Electrical Appliances and Materials (PSE).When incorporated as a part of the equipment in a factory’s production facility, we will deliver it as a standalone device as before after confirming that the customer has installed safety devices / switches, etc. on the operation panel.

One touch coupling
Since the connecting part can be removed with one touch, parts can be easily washed at food and pharmaceutical plants. Also, even when using a portable tank, replacing the tank is easy. 
Inverter
3-phase 200V portable mixer can be connected to the power supply via the inverter, and the body can be speed controlled electrically without steps. By using only the necessary power, energy-saving is realized. An inverter for single phase 100 V power supply is also available. 
Outer shaft cover
We offer an outer shaft cover to prevent entanglement during operation. 
Alumite
We finish the gear case with alumite. Unlike plating, peeling can be suppressed, reducing the risk of contamination.
